ATTRwt, diagnosis confirmed by genetic testing, 99mTc-3,3-diphosphono-1,2-propanodicarboxylic acid (DPD) scintigraphy and\u002For endomyocardial biopsy.\n2. Treated with loop diuretics.\n3. New York Heart Association class II-IV.\n4. Age ≥ 65 years.\n5. Left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) \\\u003C 50 % and\u002For SVI assessed by echocardiography \\\u003C 35 ml\u002Fm2.\n6.
