Its prevalence continues to rise with the aging population. For patients who do not respond to conservative treatment, surgical intervention remains a key therapeutic approach, with lumbar interbody fusion (LIF) being a commonly employed procedure. The technique has evolved from posterior lumbar interbody fusion (PLIF) to transforaminal lumbar interbody fusion (TLIF) and, more recently, to minimally invasive transforaminal lumbar interbody fusion (MIS-TLIF). Although MIS-TLIF can effectively reduce tissue trauma and complications, it still faces clinical challenges such as intraoperative visual blind spots and the potential for postoperative chronic back pain associated with reliance on conventional pedicle screws. To address these limitations, our research team independently developed a highly integrated, miniaturized (with an outer diameter of only 1.8 mm), and maneuverable L-Unitary Soft Endoscope (LUSE) minimally invasive system. Its unique design helps avoid obstruction of the surgical field and allows flexible adjustment during the procedure. Currently, there is a lack of clinical efficacy evaluations in China on the use of this LUSE system for TLIF surgery (referred to as LUSE-TLIF) in treating LSS. Therefore, this study aims to systematically compare LUSE-TLIF with the currently mainstream MIS-TLIF, evaluating its safety, efficacy, and clinical outcomes in the treatment of LSS, in order to provide spine surgeons with a novel and potentially superior minimally invasive surgical option.",[27],"Lumbar Spinal Stenosis",[29,30,31,32,33],"Lumbar spinal stenosis","LUSE-TLIF","MISTLIF","Lumbar Spondylolisthesis","Lumbar Instability","RECRUITING","2026-05-08",{"date":37,"type":38},"2026-05-14","ACTUAL",{"date":40,"type":38},"2026-03-18",{"date":42,"type":21},"2031-12-31",{"name":44,"class":45},"The Third Affiliated Hospital of Southern Medical University","OTHER_GOV",1,{"id":48,"slug":49,"hasResults":11,"nctId":50,"briefTitle":51,"officialTitle":52,"acronym":4,"eligibilityCriteria":53,"healthyVolunteers":54,"sex":16,"minAge":55,"maxAge":4,"enrollmentInfo":56,"targetDuration":4,"studyType":58,"phases":4,"briefSummary":59,"conditions":60,"keywords":64,"overallStatus":34,"whyStopped":4,"lastUpdateSubmitDate":70,"lastUpdatePostDateStruct":71,"startDateStruct":72,"completionDateStruct":74,"leadSponsor":76,"locationsCount":46},"100635616","prospective-user-study-and-multicenter-validation-of-multimodal-medical-imaging-large-models-100635616","NCT07555002","Prospective User Study and Multicenter Validation of Multimodal Medical Imaging Large Models","Prospective User Study and Multicenter Validation of Multimodal Medical Imaging Large Models in the Diagnosis of Common Systemic Diseases","Inclusion Criteria:\n\n* Patients who underwent systemic medical imaging examinations (e.g., CT or MRI) at participating centers for common systemic diseases.\n* Imaging data must have confirmed clinical reference standards, expert consensus, or pathological diagnosis.\n* Availability of complete DICOM format images with standard acquisition protocols.\n\nExclusion Criteria:\n\n* Poor image quality (e.g., severe motion or metal artifacts) that precludes definitive diagnosis.\n* Cases with incomplete clinical or pathological reference standards.\n* Corrupted image files or duplicate cases.",true,"18 Years",{"count":57,"type":21},1000,"OBSERVATIONAL","This study aims to evaluate the diagnostic performance and clinical utility of a multimodal medical imaging large model in identifying common systemic diseases.
