to see if both lead to similar improvements in quality of life.\n\nParticipants will:\n\nAttend one medical visit before starting to confirm they are eligible Attend one in-person training session Questionnaire Bladder Diary (ICIQ-Bladder Diary) in Portuguese adults with urinary symptoms. The study aims to learn whether an electronic bladder diary is feasible, easy to use, and well accepted by participants and physicians.\n\nThe main questions it aims to answer are:\n\nIs the mobile app feasible, based on the percentage of participants who completely fill in the diary over 1 month? Do participants consider the app to be high quality and easy to use? Do participants and physicians prefer the electronic diary over paper formats?\n\nParticipants will:\n\nUse the mobile app version of the ICIQ-Bladder Diary for 1 month; Complete questionnaires about app quality, usability, and preference, including the User Mobile App Rating Scale (uMARS).\n\nSix rehabilitation physicians will review the completed diaries and answer questions about ease of interpretation and preferred diary format.\n\nThe investigators expect the app to be feasible and well accepted by both participants and physicians. If successful, the app may support wider use of electronic bladder diaries in clinical practice in Portugal.",[58],"Lower Urinary Tract Symptoms (LUTS)",[60,61,62,28,63],"Bladder diary","incontinence","smartphone","electronic diary","NOT_YET_RECRUITING","2026-05-18",{"date":34,"type":35},{"date":68,"type":20},"2026-05-25",{"date":70,"type":20},"2026-08-31",{"name":41,"class":42},{"id":73,"slug":74,"hasResults":11,"nctId":75,"briefTitle":76,"officialTitle":77,"acronym":4,"eligibilityCriteria":78,"healthyVolunteers":11,"sex":51,"minAge":17,"maxAge":4,"enrollmentInfo":79,"targetDuration":4,"studyType":21,"phases":81,"briefSummary":82,"conditions":83,"keywords":86,"overallStatus":31,"whyStopped":4,"lastUpdateSubmitDate":92,"lastUpdatePostDateStruct":93,"startDateStruct":95,"completionDateStruct":97,"leadSponsor":99,"locationsCount":5},"100630880","to-evaluate-the-feasibility-and-safety-of-combining-surgery-pancreatectomy-and-cytoreduction-with-hipec-for-treating-pancreatic-cancer-with-peritoneal-involvement-100630880","NCT07493421","To Evaluate the Feasibility and Safety of Combining Surgery (Pancreatectomy and Cytoreduction) With HIPEC for Treating Pancreatic Cancer With Peritoneal Involvement.","Cytoreductive Surgery and HIPEC for Pancreatic Cancer With Peritoneal Metastasis - IGNIS Trial","Inclusion Criteria:\n\n* Pancreatic adenocarcinoma\n* Histologically confirmed peritoneal metastasis\n* Excluded other sites of metastasis (except ovary)\n* PCI less than or equal to 6\n* Age \\> 18 years\n* ECOG performance status 0-1\n* Written informed consent\n\nExclusion Criteria:\n\n* Pregnancy\n* Intestinal obstruction\n* Renal insufficiency (GFR \\\u003C 45 ml\u002Fmin)",{"count":80,"type":20},20,[23],"The goal of this clinical trial is to evaluate the safety and feasibility of a combined surgical and chemotherapy approach (pancreatectomy with cytoreductive surgery and HIPEC) in patients aged 18 and older with pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma and synchronous peritoneal metastases.
