COPD is characterized by systemic alterations, including peripheral muscle dysfunction; which contributes to patient functional limitation, and reduces patients' quality of life. Isoinertial training may improve the physiological response to effort, and also promote functional performance in this population. Hence, the aim of this study is to evaluate the effect of an isoinertial training program on muscle strength and functional capacity in patients with COPD during an 8-week intervention.",[28],"COPD (Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease)",[30,31,32,33,34,35,36,37],"Muscle Strength","Functional Capacity","Pulmonary Rehabilitation","Interventional study","Adults","Exercise","Flywheel training","Lung Disease","RECRUITING","2026-05-26",{"date":41,"type":42},"2026-05-29","ACTUAL",{"date":44,"type":22},"2026-05-07",{"date":46,"type":22},"2026-07-27",{"name":48,"class":49},"Universidad Manuela Beltrán","OTHER",2,""]
