Exclusion criteria include insufficient cognitive abilities to consent and previous use of the tool. During the initial phase (Weeks 0-4), participants are recruited across all 8 sites, and pre-intervention surveys are administered to all recruited participants. By integrating motivational interviewing and the Health Belief Model, MBAL empowers individuals to make informed health decisions, thereby potentially reducing rates of sexually transmitted infections, HIV, and associated mental health issues.
