Pediatric physical therapy aims to enhance independence and quality of life; however, maintaining adherence to conventional treatment remains a major challenge due to its repetitive and monotonous nature, leading to reduced motivation and limited functional progress.\n\nExergaming, integrating physical activity with interactive video games, has emerged as an engaging alternative shown to improve motor function, balance, and coordination in children with motor impairments. While existing evidence supports its effectiveness, few randomized studies have explored the addition of real-time physiological biofeedback (e.g., surface EMG with motion tracking) within exergaming platforms. Evidence on adherence and engagement outcomes also remains limited.\n\nThis trial addresses that gap by investigating the combined effects of biofeedback-enhanced exergaming versus exergaming alone and traditional physiotherapy in children with CP (GMFCS levels I-II). Incorporating real-time biofeedback provides immediate physiological feedback, potentially enhancing motor learning, motivation, and adherence, key components for improving long-term rehabilitation outcomes in pediatric populations.",[92],"Cerebral Palsy",[94],"cerebral palsy, exergaming, bio-feedback, GMFCS, traditional physical therapy","2026-01-07",{"date":97,"type":35},"2026-01-08",{"date":99,"type":22},"2025-12-15",{"date":101,"type":22},"2026-08-01",{"name":41,"class":42},{"id":104,"slug":105,"hasResults":11,"nctId":106,"briefTitle":107,"officialTitle":108,"acronym":4,"eligibilityCriteria":109,"healthyVolunteers":110,"sex":17,"minAge":86,"maxAge":111,"enrollmentInfo":112,"targetDuration":4,"studyType":23,"phases":114,"briefSummary":115,"conditions":116,"keywords":4,"overallStatus":31,"whyStopped":4,"lastUpdateSubmitDate":119,"lastUpdatePostDateStruct":120,"startDateStruct":122,"completionDateStruct":124,"leadSponsor":126,"locationsCount":43},"100543479","an-investigation-of-the-efficacy-of-ohem-for-improving-oral-hygiene-in-children-100543479","NCT06356402","An Investigation of the Efficacy of OHEM for Improving Oral Hygiene in Children","A Feasibility Study of the Investigation on the Efficacy of Oral Health Education for Mothers (OHEM) Module for Improving Oral Hygiene in Children.","The inclusion criteria of the study are based on mothers and children.\n\nInclusion criteria for Mothers:\n\n1.
