The main questions it aims to answer are:\n\nDoes calcium dobesilate reduce menstrual blood loss and improve hemoglobin levels as effectively as tranexamic acid? What side effects and acceptability differences exist between calcium dobesilate and tranexamic acid? Researchers will compare calcium dobesilate to tranexamic acid to see if calcium dobesilate is as effective in reducing heavy menstrual bleeding and improving patient outcomes.\n\nParticipants will:\n\nTake calcium dobesilate or tranexamic acid during their menstrual cycle for three consecutive cycles.\n\nRecord menstrual blood loss using the Pictorial Blood Loss Assessment Chart (PBAC).\n\nAttend follow-up visits after each menstrual cycle to monitor hemoglobin levels, menstrual symptoms, and any side effects.",[63,28],{"date":283,"type":38},"2025-01-08",{"date":285,"type":19},"2025-01-05",{"date":287,"type":19},"2025-12",{"name":289,"class":45},"University of Health Sciences Lahore",{"id":291,"slug":292,"hasResults":11,"nctId":293,"briefTitle":294,"officialTitle":295,"acronym":296,"eligibilityCriteria":297,"healthyVolunteers":119,"sex":55,"minAge":298,"maxAge":4,"enrollmentInfo":299,"targetDuration":4,"studyType":123,"phases":301,"briefSummary":302,"conditions":303,"keywords":310,"overallStatus":34,"whyStopped":4,"lastUpdateSubmitDate":318,"lastUpdatePostDateStruct":319,"startDateStruct":321,"completionDateStruct":323,"leadSponsor":325,"locationsCount":4},"100519946","evaluating-artisential-laparoscopic-instruments-in-gynecologic-surgery-100519946","NCT06050161","Evaluating Artisential Laparoscopic Instruments in Gynecologic Surgery","Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery Utilizing the Artisential Articulating Laparoscopic Instruments","MIGS-ART","Inclusion Criteria:\n\n* Patient scheduled for robotic or laparoscopic total hysterectomy\n* Patient scheduled for robotic or laparoscopic sacrocolpopexy\n\nExclusion Criteria:\n\n* Not a candidate for the above surgical procedures","22 Years",{"count":300,"type":19},50,[125],"This study evaluates the efficacy and safety of Artisential laparoscopic instruments in minimally invasive gynecologic surgery.",[304,28,305,306,307,308,309],"Pelvic Organ Prolapse","Mesh Augmentation","Laparoscopic Surgery","Robotic Surgical Suturing","Laparoscopic Hysterectomy","Minimally Invasive Surgery",[311,312,313,314,315,316,317],"Laparoscopic surgery","Laparoscopic suturing","Laparoscopic instruments","Pelvic organ prolapse","Sacrocolpopexy","Minimally invasive surgery","Vaginal cuff closure","2023-09-17",{"date":320,"type":38},"2023-09-22",{"date":322,"type":19},"2023-09-20",{"date":324,"type":19},"2027-09-20",{"name":326,"class":45},"Kern Medical Center"]
