Effect of Cold Packs on Hot Flushes and Depression in Women Going Through the Climacteric Period","The Effect of Applying Cold Gel Packs to the LI4 and SP6 Acupoints on Menopausal Hot Flashes and Depression in Women During the Climacteric Period","Inclusion Criteria:\n\n* In the perimenopausal phase (no menstruation for 3-11 months or an increase in irregular menstrual bleeding) or the postmenopausal phase (no menstruation for more than 12 months),\n* Participants experiencing moderate to severe hot flushes at least four times a day in the week prior to enrolment,\n* Participants who are literate in Turkish and able to communicate,\n* Participants who volunteer to take part in the study will be included in the study.\n\nExclusion Criteria:\n\n* Women who have entered menopause following surgery,\n* Women whose hot flush symptoms have decreased or ceased in the week prior to joining the study,\n* Those receiving hormone replacement therapy,\n* Those who had received herbal medication (such as black cohosh, black cohosh, ginkgo, ginseng, motherwort, valerian, black snake root, St. John's wort, etc.) or chemical medication for at least two weeks prior to joining the study,\n* Women with endocrine system disorders such as diabetes or a condition presenting symptoms similar to hot flushes,\n* Women with a regular menstrual cycle,\n* Women with a psychiatric diagnosis who are currently receiving treatment,\n* Women taking sleeping pills,\n* Women with a language barrier preventing communication in Turkish,\n* Women who are not willing to participate in Study on the Effects and Mechanisms of Non-invasive Acupoint Stimulation in Intervening in High Stress Sensitivity Among Young and Middle-aged Women With Qi Stagnation Constitution","Inclusion Criteria:\n\n* Female, aged 20-40 years.\n* Regular daily routine with relatively fixed wake-up and bedtimes, sufficient sleep (7-9 hours), regular diet, moderate physical activity, and avoidance of shift work.\n* Intact structure of major organ systems, with no active diseases or pathological damage.\n* Regular menstrual cycle (21-35 days) and normal menstrual period (3-7 days).\n* For the experimental group (Qi Yu constitution group):\n\n  * Perceived Stress Scale (PSS-14) score ≥ 43.\n  * Qi Yu Constitution Subscale score ≥ 40.\n  * Diagnosis by a qualified TCM physician according to standard procedures, confirming characteristics of Qi Yu constitution, including (physical symptoms partially required):\n\n    * Body type: Tending to be thin.\n    * Psychological characteristics: Introverted, unstable, sensitive, suspicious, with significant emotional fluctuations.\n    * Somatic symptoms: Fullness or migrating pain in the chest and hypochondrium, frequent sighing; sensation of a foreign body in the throat (globus hystericus); sleep disturbances (difficulty falling asleep, early awakening). It investigates the effect of non-invasive acupoint stimulation on stress in young and middle-aged women. The 60 participants with the target constitution will be randomized into two groups.
