BLUSH Trial","BLUSH","Inclusion Criteria:\n\n1. Women ≥50 years of age.\n2. Macroscopic hematuria.\n3. Presenting for evaluation within the SCP for macroscopic hematuria.\n4. Ability to provide informed consent.\n\nExclusion Criteria:\n\n1. Prior diagnosis of bladder cancer, renal cancer, or upper tract urothelial carcinoma (UTUC).\n2. Cognitive impairment preventing informed consent.\n3. Ongoing or recent treatment for urological malignancy.\n4. Serious comorbidities affecting participation or safety.\n5.
