These diseases affect multiple systems throughout the body and carry a high rate of mortality and disability. Current diagnosis and treatment face several challenges: significant variability in hormone testing results, inaccurate localization via imaging techniques, unclear molecular characteristics of adrenal tumors, and difficulty in determining prognosis through pathology. Therefore, establishing a clinical research cohort for adrenal diseases is essential. Such a cohort will enable in-depth exploration of disease mechanisms, identification of disease subtypes, optimization of diagnostic criteria, evaluation of treatment efficacy, advancement of personalized medicine, and formulation of prevention and treatment strategies.",[24],"Adrenal Disease","RECRUITING","2025-11-14",{"date":28,"type":29},"2025-11-17","ACTUAL",{"date":31,"type":29},"2025-07-25",{"date":33,"type":20},"2025-12-31",{"name":35,"class":36},"Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine","OTHER",1,{"id":39,"slug":40,"hasResults":11,"nctId":41,"briefTitle":42,"officialTitle":43,"acronym":4,"eligibilityCriteria":44,"healthyVolunteers":11,"sex":15,"minAge":16,"maxAge":4,"enrollmentInfo":45,"targetDuration":4,"studyType":21,"phases":4,"briefSummary":47,"conditions":48,"keywords":61,"overallStatus":25,"whyStopped":4,"lastUpdateSubmitDate":65,"lastUpdatePostDateStruct":66,"startDateStruct":68,"completionDateStruct":70,"leadSponsor":72,"locationsCount":37},"100519938","surgical-treatment-of-adrenal-diseases--laparoscopic-vs-robotic-assisted-adrenalectomy-100519938","NCT06050057","Surgical Treatment of Adrenal Diseases- Laparoscopic vs. Robotic-assisted Adrenalectomy","Possibilities of Surgical Treatment of Adrenal Diseases: Comparison of Laparoscopic and Robotic-assisted Adrenalectomy-a Prospective Study","Inclusion Criteria:\n\n* Indicated adrenalectomy based on endocrinological and imaging examination.\n* Written consent to participate in the study.\n\nExclusion Criteria:\n\n* Simultaneous bilateral adrenalectomy.\n* Adrenal expansion \\> 12 cm.\n* Suspected malignant adrenal tumor with infiltrative growth or tumor venous thrombus according to imaging examination.",{"count":46,"type":20},100,"The goal of this multicenter, observational, analytic, randomized clinical trial is to analyze the laparoscopic and robot-assisted method in the surgical treatment of patients with adrenal diseases.
