However, the impact of these conditions on a patient's personal life, intimacy, and body image-often referred to as \"hidden morbidity\"-is frequently overlooked in clinical practice.\n\nThe purpose of this prospective observational study is to evaluate the psychosexual burden in patients suffering from chronic perianal disease. Using validated tools (IIEF-5 for men, FSFI-6 for women) and a specialized Supplemental Patient-Reported Outcome Measure (PROM), researchers will investigate how the presence of surgical devices (such as setons), disease etiology, and clinical symptoms affect sexual function and self-esteem.\n\nThe study also aims to identify gaps in physician-patient communication regarding sexual health. By quantifying these impacts, the study seeks to promote a more holistic, patient-centered approach to the surgical management of perianal conditions.",[26,27,28,29,30,31],"Perianal Crohn Disease","Perianal Fistula","Fistula in Ano","Perianal Abscess","Pilonidal Cyst\u002FFistula","Anal Fissure and Fistula",[33,34,35,36,37,38,39,40],"fistula in ano","perianal fistula","perianal Crohn's disease","anal fissure","psychosexual life","sex life","intimacy","fistula","RECRUITING","2026-04-02",{"date":44,"type":45},"2026-04-09","ACTUAL",{"date":47,"type":21},"2026-03-31",{"date":49,"type":21},"2026-06-20",{"name":51,"class":52},"AHEPA University Hospital","OTHER",1,{"id":55,"slug":56,"hasResults":11,"nctId":57,"briefTitle":58,"officialTitle":58,"acronym":59,"eligibilityCriteria":60,"healthyVolunteers":11,"sex":17,"minAge":18,"maxAge":4,"enrollmentInfo":61,"targetDuration":4,"studyType":63,"phases":64,"briefSummary":66,"conditions":67,"keywords":71,"overallStatus":41,"whyStopped":4,"lastUpdateSubmitDate":80,"lastUpdatePostDateStruct":81,"startDateStruct":83,"completionDateStruct":85,"leadSponsor":87,"locationsCount":5},"100577427","effect-of-listening-to-standardized-music-sequences-on-preventing-postoperative-pain-in-proctologic-surgery-100577427","NCT06798155","Effect of Listening to Standardized Music Sequences on Preventing Postoperative Pain in Proctologic Surgery","MUSICOPROCTO","Inclusion Criteria:\n\n* Male or female, aged over 18 years.\n* Patient who has signed an informed consent form.\n* Patient scheduled to undergo proctological surgery (for hemorrhoids, fistula, or anal fissure) at the participating institution.\n* Must be affiliated with a social security system or be a beneficiary of such a system.\n* Patient must have access to the necessary technical means (smartphone, computer, tablet) to use the Music Care® application.\n\nExclusion Criteria:\n\n* Refusal to consent.\n* Patient unable to read, write, or understand French.\n* Vulnerable patient according to Article L1121-6 of the French Public Health Code (CSP).\n* Adult patient under guardianship or curatorship or under legal protection (safeguard of justice).\n* Patient unable to personally give informed consent according to Article L.1121-8 of the CSP or an adult protected by law.\n* Pregnant or breastfeeding women according to Article L1121-5 of the CSP.\n* Patient who has already participated in a study within the last 12 months.",{"count":62,"type":21},550,"INTERVENTIONAL",[65],"NA","The study, \"Effect of Listening to Standardized Music Sequences on Preventing Postoperative Pain in Proctologic Surgery,\" aims to evaluate the impact of preoperative listening to standardized music sequences on postoperative pain in patients undergoing proctologic surgery (for hemorrhoids, fistulas, or anal fissures).\n\nThis research will assess the influence of preoperative music on postoperative pain management, the use of analgesics after surgery and during the following month, and its effect on the quality of life post-surgery.\n\nMUSICO-PROCTO is an interventional, randomized study involving two groups (patients will be randomly assigned to either the music intervention or control group).
