than the 200% the federal poverty level (household size 1: $30,120, household size 2: $40,880, household size 3: $51,640, household size 4: $62,400, and household size 5: $73,160)\n* Willing to provide informed consent and complete the study requirements, including attending study visits and completing questionnaires.\n* Access to a refrigerator or other means to safely store perishable food, as the meal kits require refrigeration.\n* BMI \\> 30 kg\u002Fm2 and self-report having at least one of the following: elevated blood pressure or hypertension, elevated glucose, prediabetes or diabetes.\n* Reside in the Greater Lowell area or surrounding regions to ensure feasibility of meal kit delivery and data collection.\n\nExclusion Criteria:\n\n* Less than 40 years old\n* Does not feasibility of a novel meal kit and nutrition education intervention among adults aged 40 years and older, who are lower income, and to evaluate the preliminary impact of the meal kit and nutrition With Pre-Diabetes","MEDPOT-PREDM","Inclusion Criteria:\n\n* Men and postmenopausal women within the Las Vegas\u002FHenderson NV area\n* Ages 45-80 years\n* BMI between 25-40 kg\u002Fm2\n* HbA1c between 5.7-6.4%\n* Individuals from different demographic backgrounds (i.e., American Indian or Alaska Native, Caucasians, Asian, Black or African-American, Native Hawaiian, Hispanic, Latino or Pacific Islander)\n* Individuals who are considered \"non-frequent\" white potato consumers (\\\u003C2 servings of baked potatoes\u002Fweek)\n* Individuals from all races, genders, sexual identities, and religions will be included\n* Individuals must follow certain guidelines, including avoiding new medications during the study or significant changes to lifestyle factors (e.g. beginning to smoke or exercise more or less than usual)\n\nExclusion Criteria:\n\n* Individuals with uncontrolled hypertension (≥160\u002F100mmHg), active cancer, asthma, thyroid, kidney, liver, or pancreatic Mediterranean Dietary Pattern (MEDNE) on glycemic control, cardiometabolic health, and dietary quality in individuals with pre-diabetes from different demographic backgrounds.
