The study will enroll patients diagnosed with PAD or CAS and perform advanced imaging techniques, including NIR-II Imaging, DUS-based V-flow Imaging, and Laser Speckle Imaging, to assess vascular structure and function. Simultaneously, single-cell transcriptomics, metabolomics, lipidomics, and proteomics analyses will be conducted on patient samples to identify key molecular targets and pathways involved in disease progression. Machine learning algorithms will be employed to integrate imaging and multi-omics data, enabling the development of predictive models for more accurate disease diagnosis and stratification. The findings from this study are expected to provide novel insights into the molecular mechanisms underlying PAD and CAS and contribute to the development of personalized therapeutic strategies.",[53,54,26],"Peripheral Artery Disease","Carotid Artery Stenosis",[56,54,57,58,59,60,61,62,63],"Peripheral artery disease","NIR-II Imaging","V-flow Imaging","Laser Speckle Imaging","Single-cell transcriptomics","Proteomics","Lipidomics","Metabolomics","NOT_YET_RECRUITING","2025-03-31",{"date":67,"type":31},"2025-04-08",{"date":69,"type":20},"2025-04-01",{"date":71,"type":20},"2025-10-01",{"name":73,"class":37},"Yijie Ning",{"id":75,"slug":76,"hasResults":11,"nctId":77,"briefTitle":78,"officialTitle":79,"acronym":80,"eligibilityCriteria":81,"healthyVolunteers":11,"sex":16,"minAge":46,"maxAge":4,"enrollmentInfo":82,"targetDuration":84,"studyType":50,"phases":4,"briefSummary":85,"conditions":86,"keywords":91,"overallStatus":27,"whyStopped":4,"lastUpdateSubmitDate":95,"lastUpdatePostDateStruct":96,"startDateStruct":98,"completionDateStruct":100,"leadSponsor":102,"locationsCount":38},"100481520","optical-coherence-tomography-for-intracranial-atherosclerotic-stenosis-100481520","NCT05550077","Optical Coherence Tomography for Intracranial Atherosclerotic Stenosis","Optical Coherence Tomography for Intracranial Atherosclerotic Stenosis: a Prospective Registry Study (OCT-ICAS)","OCT-ICAS","Inclusion Criteria:\n\n* Symptomatic ICAS.
