After this type of surgery, many patients experience pain, fear of movement (kinesiophobia), balance problems, and an increased risk of falling.\n\nIn this study, patients will receive music listening and EFT as supportive, non-drug interventions during the postoperative period. The goal is to determine whether these simple and safe methods can reduce pain, decrease fear of movement, and lower fall risk, ultimately improving recovery.\n\nThe findings of this study may help healthcare professionals, especially nurses, provide more holistic and patient-centered care after knee surgery.",[65,66,29,26],"Knee Surgery","Kinesiophobia (Fear of Movement)",[68,69,70,71,72,73],"Emotional Freedom Techniques","knee surgery","arthroscopy","listening to music","kinesiophobia","postoperative pain","NOT_YET_RECRUITING","2026-04-10",{"date":77,"type":41},"2026-04-15",{"date":79,"type":20},"2026-03-30",{"date":81,"type":20},"2027-01-28",{"name":83,"class":48},"Arzum ÇELİK BEKLEVİÇ",{"id":85,"slug":86,"hasResults":11,"nctId":87,"briefTitle":88,"officialTitle":89,"acronym":4,"eligibilityCriteria":90,"healthyVolunteers":11,"sex":15,"minAge":91,"maxAge":4,"enrollmentInfo":92,"targetDuration":4,"studyType":21,"phases":94,"briefSummary":95,"conditions":96,"keywords":99,"overallStatus":74,"whyStopped":4,"lastUpdateSubmitDate":104,"lastUpdatePostDateStruct":105,"startDateStruct":107,"completionDateStruct":109,"leadSponsor":111,"locationsCount":4},"100522715","functional-outcomes-following-ankle-fracture-fixation-with-or-without-ankle-arthroscopy-100522715","NCT06086223","Functional Outcomes Following Ankle Fracture Fixation With or Without Ankle Arthroscopy","Functional Outcomes Following Ankle Fracture Fixation With or Without Ankle Arthroscopy: Randomized Control Study","Inclusion Criteria:\n\n* Patients ≥16 years of age who will be managed operatively for:\n\n * rotational ankle fracture Danis-Weber classification B or C fibula fracture\n * fracture dislocation ankle\n * Fractures extending into the tibial plafond,\n * Talus fractures (body or neck) in our institution\n\nExclusion Criteria:\n\nPediatric fractures, Polytrauma patients, Fractures managed with closed-contact casting and, patients with lost follow up during this study","16 Years",{"count":93,"type":20},176,[62],"The aim of our study is to identify if there is statistically significant difference in patient reported functional outcomes in cases of unstable ankle fracture managed by ORIF with and without ankle arthroscopy.",[97,98,26],"Ankle Fractures","Ankle Injuries",[100,101,102,103],"functional outcomes of ankle fracture management","ankle scope","syndesmosis reduction","ankle ligaments evaluation","2023-10-13",{"date":106,"type":41},"2023-10-17",{"date":108,"type":20},"2023-11-01",{"date":110,"type":20},"2026-07-30",{"name":112,"class":48},"Assiut University"]
