[{"data":1,"prerenderedAt":-1},["ShallowReactive",2],{"health-studies-list:{\"conditionNormalized\":\"ascending-colon-cancer\",\"overallStatus\":[\"RECRUITING\",\"AVAILABLE\",\"NOT_YET_RECRUITING\"],\"orderBy\":\"LastUpdateSubmitDate:desc\",\"size\":25,\"offset\":0}":3,"health-study-condition:ascending-colon-cancer":28},{"pageToken":4,"total":5,"offset":6,"count":5,"results":7},null,1,0,[8],{"id":9,"slug":10,"hasResults":11,"nctId":12,"briefTitle":13,"officialTitle":14,"acronym":15,"eligibilityCriteria":16,"healthyVolunteers":11,"sex":17,"minAge":18,"maxAge":19,"enrollmentInfo":20,"targetDuration":4,"studyType":23,"phases":24,"briefSummary":26,"conditions":27,"keywords":30,"overallStatus":37,"whyStopped":4,"lastUpdateSubmitDate":38,"lastUpdatePostDateStruct":39,"startDateStruct":42,"completionDateStruct":44,"leadSponsor":46,"locationsCount":5},"100608881","lirrh-trial-for-the-right-sided-colon-cancer-100608881",false,"NCT07207317","LIRRH Trial for the Right-sided Colon Cancer","Laparoscopic Ileocecal Reconstruction Right Hemicolectomy (LIRRH) Trial for the Right-sided Colon Cancer","LIRRH","Inclusion Criteria:\n\n* Age 18-75 years\n* ASA physical status ≤ III\n* Endoscopy and biopsy-proven colon adenocarcinoma\n* Contrast-enhanced abdominal CT showing primary tumor located in the ascending colon or proximal transverse colon (proximal one-third)\n* Pre-operative clinical stage: TanyNanyM0\n* Able to understand the study protocol, willing to participate, and provide written informed consent\n\nExclusion Criteria:\n\n* History of hypertensive crisis or hypertensive encephalopathy.\n* Severe cardiopulmonary insufficiency or any other contraindication to surgery.\n* Uncorrectable electrolyte disturbances (e.g., potassium, calcium, magnesium).\n* Evidence of significant bleeding diathesis or high hemorrhagic risk:\n* Prior intracranial or intraspinal hemorrhage.\n* Tumor invading major vessels with obvious bleeding risk.\n* Thrombotic or embolic event within 6 months before study treatment, or significant vascular disease (e.g., surgical-repair aortic aneurysm).\n* Clinically relevant hemoptysis or tumor bleeding of any cause within 1 month before screening.\n* Therapeutic-dose anticoagulation within 2 weeks before study treatment (except low-molecular-weight heparin).\n* Antiplatelet therapy within 10 days before study treatment (e.g., aspirin \\> 325 mg\u002Fday, clopidogrel \\> 75 mg\u002Fday, dipyridamole, ticlopidine, cilostazol).\n* Active tuberculosis.\n* Any active autoimmune disease or history of autoimmune disease with expected recurrence (including but not limited to SLE, RA, autoimmune hepatitis, uveitis, enteritis, hepatitis, hypophysitis, vasculitis, nephritis, hyper- or hypothyroidism, asthma requiring bronchodilators).\n* Pre-operative evidence of synchronous multiple primary colorectal cancers or other conditions requiring additional bowel resection.\n* Pre-operative imaging or intra-operative findings showing:\n* Tumor infiltration into adjacent organs requiring multi-visceral resection;\n* Distant metastasis;\n* Unresectable (unable to achieve R0) disease.\n* Other malignancies within the past 5 years, or familial adenomatous polyposis; except cured carcinoma in situ of the cervix, basal-cell carcinoma, papillary thyroid carcinoma, or cutaneous squamous-cell carcinoma.\n* Intestinal obstruction, perforation, or bleeding requiring emergency surgery.\n* Patient unsuitable or unable to tolerate laparoscopic surgery.\n* Pregnant or lactating women.\n* History of psychiatric disorders precluding compliance.\n* Prior neoadjuvant therapy.\n* Multidisciplinary team (MDT) decision that the patient is not appropriate for the study.\n* Patient unable to understand the study conditions\u002Fobjectives and refuses to give informed consent.","ALL","18 Years","75 Years",{"count":21,"type":22},120,"ESTIMATED","INTERVENTIONAL",[25],"NA","The aim of this clinical trial is to compare the short- and long-term outcomes of laparoscopic ileocecal reconstruction right hemicolectomy (LIRRH) with those of traditional laparoscopic right hemicolectomy (TRH) for ascending and proximal transverse colon cancer.",[28,29],"Ascending Colon Cancer","Proximal Transverse Colon Cancer",[31,32,33,34,35,36,15],"Right-sided colon cancer","Laparoscopic right hemicolectomy","Ileocecal reconstruction","Randomized controlled trial","Disease-free survival","TRH","RECRUITING","2025-09-28",{"date":40,"type":41},"2025-10-03","ACTUAL",{"date":43,"type":41},"2025-05-01",{"date":45,"type":22},"2028-04-28",{"name":47,"class":48},"Chaoxi Zhou","OTHER"]
