Traditional barriers to assistive technology-high costs, lengthy funding delays, lack of information, and poorly fitting off-the-shelf solutions-frequently lead to underuse, dissatisfaction, and environmental waste The BFB-IMPACT study evaluates the real-world effectiveness of Breizh Fabribus, a mobile workshop equipped with 3D printing and laser-cutting that produces and customizes assistive devices on site for people with disabilities in Finistère, France region. This retrospective, single-center investigation includes all service recipients from January 2024 to December 2025 and measures changes in users' ability to perform targeted activities at three months post-intervention. Secondary outcomes include user satisfaction and device utilization. Data collection occurs from October 2025 to May 2026, with analysis anticipated in June 2026 and results published in the second half of 2026.",[25,26,27,28,29],"Amputation","Functional Limitation","Autonomy of Older People","Handicaps Physical","Autonomy",[31,32,33,34,35,36,37],"mobile workshop","3D printing","laser cutting","personalized devices","user satisfaction","functionnal autonomy","disability","RECRUITING","2025-12-17",{"date":41,"type":42},"2026-01-02","ACTUAL",{"date":44,"type":21},"2025-12",{"date":46,"type":21},"2026-11",{"name":48,"class":49},"Fondation Ildys","OTHER",1,{"id":52,"slug":53,"hasResults":11,"nctId":54,"briefTitle":55,"officialTitle":56,"acronym":57,"eligibilityCriteria":58,"healthyVolunteers":11,"sex":18,"minAge":59,"maxAge":4,"enrollmentInfo":60,"targetDuration":4,"studyType":62,"phases":63,"briefSummary":65,"conditions":66,"keywords":70,"overallStatus":38,"whyStopped":4,"lastUpdateSubmitDate":76,"lastUpdatePostDateStruct":77,"startDateStruct":79,"completionDateStruct":81,"leadSponsor":83,"locationsCount":50},"100563564","advanced-practice-nurses-for-fall-incidence-prevention-in-very-old-robust-adults-100563564","NCT06617806","Advanced Practice Nurses for Fall Incidence PrevenTion in Very Old Robust Adults","Advanced Practice Nurses for Fall Incidence PrevenTion in Robust Very Old Adults: Protocol for the APN-FIT Hybrid Randomized Controlled Trial","APN-FIT","Inclusion criteria:\n\n* Aged 80 or over;\n* Vigorous according to the \" Clinical Frailty Scale \" (scores 1, 2, 3) ;\n* Having a referring primary care physician working in pairs with the local Advanced Practice Nurse;\n* affiliated to a Health Care Plan\n* Informed and having signed consent to participate in the research.\n\nExclusion criteria:\n\n* Under guardianship or trusteeship;\n* Unable to travel to the primary care office or unable to follow the adapted physical activity program;\n* Poor understanding of French.","80 Years",{"count":61,"type":21},386,"INTERVENTIONAL",[64],"NA","APN-FIT is a hybrid type 1 clinical trial comparing the effect of an APN delivered fall prevention programme with standard care in non-frail patients.
