The main questions to answer:\n\n1. Is there clinically significant difference (measured by Jankovic Rating Scale (JRS) score from base to peak efficacy) for patients with BEB and HFS treated with Daxxify?\n2. What percentage of patients achieve a clinical response?\n\nParticipants historically treated with Botox for either BEB or HFS will be crossed over to Daxxify treatment in order to serve as their own control and examine the efficacy of Daxxify.",[26,27],"Benign Essential Blepharospasm","Hemifacial Spasm","RECRUITING","2026-04-20",{"date":31,"type":32},"2026-04-23","ACTUAL",{"date":34,"type":32},"2025-02-11",{"date":36,"type":20},"2027-03",{"name":38,"class":39},"Montefiore Medical Center","OTHER"]
