The study focuses particularly on transcystic laparoscopic common bile duct exploration (LCBDE) and assesses stone clearance, technical success, complications, and health-economic outcomes in routine clinical practice. A secondary aim is to compare LCBDE with intraoperative ERCP regarding efficacy, complication rates, and costs.
