Because cumulus cells (CCs) communicate bidirectionally with the oocyte, their transcriptomic profile may serve as a non-invasive biomarker of oocyte and embryo competence. This prospective pilot study will analyze CCs gene expression after CAPA-IVM using RNA sequencing and pathway analysis, and correlate findings with embryological outcomes including fertilization, day-3 cleavage, and blastocyst formation. Results are expected to provide insights into the molecular basis of oocyte competence and support development of non-invasive embryo selection strategies.",[25,26,27,28],"PCOS (Polycystic Ovary Syndrome)","Cumulus Cell","Capacitation IVM","Transcriptomic Profiling",[30,31,32,33],"In vitro maturation","CAPA-IVM","Cumulus cells","Transcriptomics","RECRUITING","2025-11-20",{"date":37,"type":38},"2025-11-21","ACTUAL",{"date":40,"type":38},"2025-10-16",{"date":42,"type":21},"2026-03-30",{"name":44,"class":45},"Mỹ Đức Hospital","OTHER"]
