Patients with acute chest pain with low\u002Fintermediate probability of coronary artery disease, ECG and\u002For troponin not diagnostic or altered according to the current \"standards of care\" used in the ED\u002FDepartment (ESC Guidelines 2020), will be enrolled consecutively and will undergo CT examinations by means of \"Spectral\" CT technology.
