History and physical\u002Fneurological examination consistent with acute stroke.\n2. Age ≥18 years;\n3. Time from symptom onset to enrollment \\\u003C3 hours (onset defined as last known normal).\n4. Systolic blood pressure ≥150 mmHg and ≤220 mmHg;\n5. Pre-stroke modified Rankin Scale (mRS) score ≤2;\n6. Informed consent obtained from the subject or a legally authorized representative.\n\nExclusion Criteria:\n\n1. Glasgow Coma Scale (GCS) score ≤5.\n2. Contraindications to intensive blood pressure lowering, including severe arterial stenosis or high-grade stenotic valvular heart disease.\n3.
