With the assistance of the ENMS-BSF the foot drop and foot inversion could be corrected with improved muscle coordination in the paretic lower limb. The device is wearable and light-in-weight for unilateral application during walking. It is hypothesized that with the intervention of the ENMS-BSF the gait pattern of persons after stroke can be improved with long-term rehabilitative effects.",[27,28,29],"Cerebrovascular Stroke","Foot Drop","Foot Inversion Deformity",[31,32,33],"Robot","Stroke","Lower limb","RECRUITING","2026-06-18",{"date":37,"type":38},"2026-06-22","ACTUAL",{"date":40,"type":38},"2021-07-01",{"date":42,"type":21},"2027-12-31",{"name":44,"class":45},"The Hong Kong Polytechnic University","OTHER",1,{"id":48,"slug":49,"hasResults":11,"nctId":50,"briefTitle":51,"officialTitle":51,"acronym":4,"eligibilityCriteria":52,"healthyVolunteers":11,"sex":16,"minAge":53,"maxAge":4,"enrollmentInfo":54,"targetDuration":4,"studyType":22,"phases":56,"briefSummary":57,"conditions":58,"keywords":63,"overallStatus":34,"whyStopped":4,"lastUpdateSubmitDate":66,"lastUpdatePostDateStruct":67,"startDateStruct":69,"completionDateStruct":71,"leadSponsor":73,"locationsCount":46},"100588894","effect-of-action-observation-therapy-in-comparison-to-motor-relearning-program-on-balance-and-mobility-among-subacute-stroke-patients-100588894","NCT06947343","Effect of Action Observation Therapy in Comparison to Motor Relearning Program on Balance and Mobility Among Subacute Stroke Patients","Inclusion Criteria:\n\n* Both genders, male and female\n* Ischemic stroke patients\n* Age 45 years and above\n* MMSE\\>24\n* Able to stand independently for 1 minute\n* Patient can maintain starting sitting static position for 10 seconds without arm rest\n\nExclusion Criteria:\n\n* Any other neurological disorder\n* Orthopedic conditions(fracture) affecting balance and mobility\n* Visual or auditory impairments","45 Years",{"count":55,"type":21},30,[24],"This study is a randomized controlled trial.
