to unilateral neuropathic pain and functional impairment. Proprioceptive deficits in the upper extremity have been demonstrated in various cervical spine disorders; however, the effect of interlaminar epidural steroid injection (ILESI) on upper extremity proprioception in patients with chronic cervical radiculopathy has not been previously examined.\n\nThis prospective interventional study aims to evaluate changes in upper extremity proprioception following unilateral ILESI in patients with cervical disc herniation-related chronic radiculopathy. A secondary aim is to investigate the relationship between proprioceptive changes and clinical outcomes such as pain, neuropathic pain, disability, grip strength, and quality of life.",[29,27,59],"Proprioception",[61,62,63,64,65],"cervical radiculopathy","cervical radicular pain","interlaminar epidural steroid injection","proprioception","proprioceptive impairment","2025-12-31",{"date":68,"type":37},"2026-01-02",{"date":70,"type":21},"2026-01-05",{"date":72,"type":21},"2026-05-01",{"name":74,"class":44},"Marmara University",{"id":76,"slug":77,"hasResults":11,"nctId":78,"briefTitle":79,"officialTitle":80,"acronym":4,"eligibilityCriteria":81,"healthyVolunteers":82,"sex":16,"minAge":52,"maxAge":83,"enrollmentInfo":84,"targetDuration":4,"studyType":22,"phases":86,"briefSummary":87,"conditions":88,"keywords":90,"overallStatus":33,"whyStopped":4,"lastUpdateSubmitDate":93,"lastUpdatePostDateStruct":94,"startDateStruct":96,"completionDateStruct":98,"leadSponsor":100,"locationsCount":45},"100521420","predictors-of-response-to-manual-physiotherapy-using-somatosensory-profiles-in-patients-with-cervicobrachial-pain-100521420","NCT06069362","Predictors of Response to Manual Physiotherapy Using Somatosensory Profiles in Patients With Cervicobrachial Pain","Prediction of Response to Manual Physiotherapy Using Somatosensory Profiles in Patients With Cervicobrachial Pain","Inclusion Criteria:\n\n* Subjects with unilateral cervicobrachial pain\n\nExclusion Criteria:\n\n* Signs of severe disease, cervical myelopathy, tumour, rheumatic diseases or a neurological pathology of central origin.\n* Cervicobrachial pain of traumatic origin or as a result of whiplash.\n* Previous surgical intervention of the cervical spine.",true,"80 Years",{"count":85,"type":21},91,[24],"The goal of this clinical trial is to investigate about the characteristics that predict response to physiotherapy treatment in patients with nerve related neck arm pain.
