Many people with chronic low back pain experience difficulties with balance, posture, movement control, and daily activities. Sensorimotor balance training is a rehabilitation approach designed to improve balance, body awareness, and neuromuscular control.\n\nThe purpose of this randomized controlled trial is to investigate whether sensorimotor balance training is more effective than standard physiotherapy in reducing pain and improving spinal alignment in adults with chronic nonspecific low back pain. Participants will be randomly assigned to either a sensorimotor balance training group or a standard physiotherapy group. Both groups will receive treatment three times per week for 12 weeks.\n\nPain intensity, functional disability, and spinal alignment will be assessed before and after the intervention. Spinal alignment will be measured using the DIERS Formetric 4D system, a non-invasive and radiation-free technology that evaluates posture and spinal shape. The findings of this study may help identify effective rehabilitation strategies for improving pain, function, and spinal alignment in people with chronic nonspecific low back pain.",[28],"Chronic Nonspecific Low Back Pain",[28,30,31,32,33,34],"Sensorimotor Balance Training","Neuromuscular Control","Spinal Alignment","Physiotherapy","Rehabilitation","NOT_YET_RECRUITING","2026-06-24",{"date":38,"type":39},"2026-06-30","ACTUAL",{"date":41,"type":22},"2026-07-01",{"date":43,"type":22},"2027-03-01",{"name":45,"class":46},"Najran University","OTHER",1,{"id":49,"slug":50,"hasResults":11,"nctId":51,"briefTitle":52,"officialTitle":53,"acronym":4,"eligibilityCriteria":54,"healthyVolunteers":11,"sex":17,"minAge":55,"maxAge":56,"enrollmentInfo":57,"targetDuration":4,"studyType":23,"phases":59,"briefSummary":60,"conditions":61,"keywords":63,"overallStatus":69,"whyStopped":4,"lastUpdateSubmitDate":70,"lastUpdatePostDateStruct":71,"startDateStruct":73,"completionDateStruct":75,"leadSponsor":77,"locationsCount":47},"100608065","effect-of-high-power-laser-acupuncture-on-fatigue-and-proprioception-in-low-back-pain-100608065","NCT07196709","Effect of High-power Laser Acupuncture on Fatigue and Proprioception in Low Back Pain","Effect of High-power Laser Acupuncture on Fatigue and Proprioception in Chronic Non-specific Low Back Pain: A Randomized Controlled Trail","Inclusion Criteria:\n\n* 1\\.
