These patients require removal of stones from the common bile duct. The most common method of cleaning the common bile duct is endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography, and the standard technique for removing the gallbladder is laparoscopic cholecystectomy. There are different approaches to the treatment of this category of patients: laparoscopic common bile duct exploration (LCBDE), laparoendoscopic rendezvous method (LERV) and one-stage LC( laparoscopic cholecystectomy) after ERCP( endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography).\n\nThe aim of this prospective study is to evaluate the efficacy and safety Laparoendoscopic rendezvous for difficult cholecystocholedocholithiasis.",[28,29,30,31,32],"Gall Stone","Common Bile Duct Calculi","Cholecystitis, Chronic","Choledocholithiasis","Periampullary Diverticula","RECRUITING","2025-06-16",{"date":36,"type":37},"2025-06-19","ACTUAL",{"date":39,"type":37},"2025-06-15",{"date":41,"type":22},"2026-07-15",{"name":43,"class":44},"Minia University","OTHER",1,{"id":47,"slug":48,"hasResults":11,"nctId":49,"briefTitle":50,"officialTitle":51,"acronym":4,"eligibilityCriteria":52,"healthyVolunteers":11,"sex":17,"minAge":18,"maxAge":53,"enrollmentInfo":54,"targetDuration":4,"studyType":23,"phases":56,"briefSummary":57,"conditions":58,"keywords":4,"overallStatus":62,"whyStopped":4,"lastUpdateSubmitDate":63,"lastUpdatePostDateStruct":64,"startDateStruct":66,"completionDateStruct":68,"leadSponsor":70,"locationsCount":45},"100517007","modified-laparoscopic-transcystic-biliary-drainage-in-the-management-of-cholecystocholedocholithiasis-100517007","NCT06011941","Modified Laparoscopic Transcystic Biliary Drainage in the Management of Cholecystocholedocholithiasis","Safety and Feasibility of Modified Laparoscopic Transcystic Biliary Drainage in the Management of Cholecystocholedocholithiasis","Inclusion Criteria:\n\n* Patients ≥ 18 years of age;\n* Patients with gallbladder stones and known or expected concomitant bile duct stones;\n* Informed consent.\n\nExclusion Criteria:\n\n* Biliary drainage is already present, e.g. preoperative ENBD, PTCD;\n* Women who are pregnant;\n* Declined consent;\n* Inability to follow the procedures of the study, e.g. due to language problems and psychological disorders of the participant;\n* Morbid obesity (BMI \\> 40);\n* IV-VI class of the American Society of Anesthesiologists physical status classification;\n* Contraindications for general anesthesia or surgery.","90 Years",{"count":55,"type":22},310,[25],"The modified laparoscopic transcystic biliary drainage which we developed in the treatment of cholecystocholedocholithiasis has some advantages over conventional techniques.\n\nHere, a 7-Fr triple-lumen 30-cm central venous catheter was adopted to replace conventional 5-Fr ureteral catheter, which extended the function of the C-tube.\n\nThen we developed a continued suture and circling manner by the V-Loc closure device, which simultaneously covered and anchored the C-tube.\n\nTheoretically, this modified laparoscopic transcystic drainage not only provide safe and effective bile duct drainage, but also provide a convenient access of treatment for postoperatively retained bile duct stones, which may expand the indication of initially laparoscopic operation in the management of cholecysto-choledocholithiasis.",[29,59,60,61],"Acute; Cholecystitis, Choledocholithiasis","Acute Cholecystitis With Obstruction","Acute Cholangitis","NOT_YET_RECRUITING","2023-08-22",{"date":65,"type":37},"2023-08-25",{"date":67,"type":22},"2024-01-01",{"date":69,"type":22},"2027-07-01",{"name":71,"class":44},"Peking University Third Hospital"]
