These stressors may contribute to compassion fatigue, burnout, reduced resilience, and decreased occupational well-being. However, timely and accessible psychological support is often limited in busy clinical environments, and many nurses may hesitate to seek help due to stigma, time constraints, or limited resources.\n\nThis study is a prospective, randomized, controlled, parallel-group interventional trial designed to evaluate the feasibility and effectiveness of an on-demand, human-centered emotional support intervention delivered through a LINE-based GPT assistant. The AI assistant provides real-time supportive conversations, reflective prompts, stress-coping guidance, and resilience-enhancing strategies tailored specifically for clinical nurses, offering a private and easily accessible support resource.\n\nEligible clinical nurses (target sample size: 100-120) are randomly assigned to either an Intervention Group, which interacts with the AI assistant, or a Control Group, which receives non-interactive static messages, over a four-week intervention period. Primary outcomes include changes in compassion fatigue, burnout, and compassion satisfaction, as measured by the Professional Quality of Life Scale (ProQOL). Secondary outcomes include changes in resilience (Brief Resilience Scale), general self-efficacy (General Self-Efficacy Scale), and perceived stress (Perceived Stress Scale-10).\n\nThe results of this study are expected to provide evidence on the feasibility and potential effectiveness of AI-based emotional support as a scalable and accessible tool to promote psychological well-being among clinical nurses, thereby informing future digital mental health interventions in healthcare settings.",[64,65,29,66],"Occupational Stress and Mental Health in Clinical Nurses","Burnout","Psychological Resilience",[68,69,70,71,72,73,29,74,75,76],"AI-based supportive intervention","ChatGPT","LINE platform","Clinical Nursing","Emotional Resilience","Occupational Burnout","Digital Mental Health","Self-Efficacy","Perceived Stress","NOT_YET_RECRUITING","2026-03-09",{"date":80,"type":40},"2026-03-11",{"date":82,"type":22},"2026-05-01",{"date":84,"type":22},"2026-09-25",{"name":86,"class":47},"Taipei Medical University Shuang Ho Hospital",{"id":88,"slug":89,"hasResults":11,"nctId":90,"briefTitle":91,"officialTitle":92,"acronym":4,"eligibilityCriteria":93,"healthyVolunteers":17,"sex":18,"minAge":4,"maxAge":4,"enrollmentInfo":94,"targetDuration":4,"studyType":23,"phases":96,"briefSummary":97,"conditions":98,"keywords":105,"overallStatus":77,"whyStopped":4,"lastUpdateSubmitDate":114,"lastUpdatePostDateStruct":115,"startDateStruct":117,"completionDateStruct":119,"leadSponsor":121,"locationsCount":4},"100611065","the-effect-of-laughter-yoga-on-individual-and-organizational-outcomes-in-nurse-managers-100611065","NCT07235735","The Effect of Laughter Yoga on Individual and Organizational Outcomes in Nurse Managers","The Effect of Laughter Yoga on Individual and Organizational Outcomes in Nurse Managers: A Longitudinal Study","Inclusion Criteria:\n\n* Currently working as a nurse manager\n* Having at least six months of managerial experience\n* Continuing to serve as a nurse manager throughout the study period\n\nExclusion Criteria:\n\n* Having previously received laughter yoga training\n* Use of medications affecting general health components during the study (e.g., for depression, anxiety)\n* Being pregnant\n* Experiencing an acute stressful life event, such as the death of a close relative\n* Having undergone abdominal surgery within the past 6 months",{"count":95,"type":22},80,[25],"The goal of this clinical trial is to learn if laughter yoga can improve both individual and organizational outcomes in nurse managers.
