Single vessel disease, double vessel disease, left main artery disease without right coronary artery disease.\n2. Concomitant cardiac surgeries(i.e. valve repair or replacement, Maze surgery, left ventricular repair due to ventricular aneurysm).\n3. Redo CABG.\n4. Emergent CABG.\n5. Left ventricular ejection fraction(EF≤35%).\n6. Severe atherosclerosis of the ascending aorta.\n7. Subjects tend to choose surgical approach (via full median sternotomy\u002Finferior part-sternotomy) .\n8. Malignant tumor or other severe systemic diseases.\n9. Severe renal insufficiency (i.e. creatinine \\>200 μmol\u002FL).\n10. Contraindications for dual antiplatelet therapy, such as active gastroduodenal ulcer.\n11.
