Participants diagnosed with post-COVID-19 syndrome will be randomly assigned to two groups using stratified computer-assisted randomization. One group will undergo an 8-week core stabilization training, while the other will receive combined core stabilization and IMT training. Exercise training will be conducted three times a week, with each session lasting 50 minutes.\n\nComprehensive pre- and post-intervention assessments will be conducted, including exercise capacity, respiratory and peripheral muscle strength, trunk endurance, balance, anxiety, depression, and fatigue levels. The primary outcome measures are respiratory muscle strength and trunk endurance.\n\nParticipants must be aged 18-65 years, have at least a primary education level, speak Turkish, and be classified as level 2-3 on the Post-COVID-19 Functional Status Scale (PCFS). Children and their parents will be informed verbally and in writing about the study's purpose, duration, and method of implementation, and their informed consent will be obtained. The prevalence of these lesions increases with age, and they encompass a wide spectrum of various injuries and pathological conditions. The literature frequently reports that such lesions often lead to pain, decreased functional capacity, and a reduction in quality of life. Although some of these lesions are traumatic in origin, the majority of rotator cuff problems are degenerative due to age-related changes in tendon structure.\n\nRecent scientific studies have indicated that core stability may be a significant factor in such musculoskeletal problems. Adequate core stabilization not only minimizes the load on the vertebral column but also enhances the strength and endurance of peripheral joints and facilitates the transfer of energy to distal segments. Given that rotator cuff lesions can adversely affect upper extremity functions and potentially result in reduced core stability, we hypothesize that they may negatively influence reaction time and hand-eye coordination, which are essential for the effective execution of motor tasks.\n\nTo date, no studies have been identified in the literature investigating the relationship between core stability and reaction time or hand-eye coordination in individuals with rotator cuff lesions.
