A Pilot Randomized Controlled Trial in Urban Bangladesh","Inclusion Criteria:\n\n* Reports driving a manual rickshaw at least five days per week for at least 8 hours per day for the past 12 months\n\nExclusion Criteria:\n\n* Reports driving a battery-powered rickshaw in the past 12 months\n* Has hypertension, as measured by our study staff\n* Has diabetes, as measured by our staff\n* Reports diagnosis with cardiovascular disease \u002F chronic cardiac condition\n* Reports diagnosis with respiratory disease \u002F chronic respiratory condition","MALE","40 Years",{"count":19,"type":20},300,"ESTIMATED","INTERVENTIONAL",[23],"NA","The goal of the experimental study is to understand the impact of heat stress on core temperature and telomere length. Investigators will recruit rickshaw drivers who use manual power to push their rickshaws and randomly assign half of them to receive battery-powered rickshaws to use for four months.
