These children, and their caregivers, are affected in many ways that may affect quality of life, emotional and behavioral health, physical recovery, family roles and routines, and academic functioning; yet US trauma centers do not adequately address these outcomes and a scalable national model of care for these families is needed. This proposal builds on prior research from the investigative team to test a technology-assisted, stepped care behavioral health intervention for children (\\<12 years) and their caregivers after PTI, CAARE (Caregivers' Aid to Accelerate Recovery after pediatric Emergencies), via a hybrid type I effectiveness-implementation trial with 348 families randomly assigned to CAARE (n=174) vs. guideline-adherent enhanced usual care (EUC) (n=174).",[27,28,29,30],"Quality of Life","PTSD","Depression Not Otherwise Specified","Child Externalizing Behavior","RECRUITING","2025-07-07",{"date":34,"type":35},"2025-07-10","ACTUAL",{"date":37,"type":35},"2025-05-28",{"date":39,"type":21},"2028-08-31",{"name":41,"class":42},"Medical University of South Carolina","OTHER",4,{"id":45,"slug":46,"hasResults":11,"nctId":47,"briefTitle":48,"officialTitle":49,"acronym":4,"eligibilityCriteria":50,"healthyVolunteers":11,"sex":17,"minAge":18,"maxAge":4,"enrollmentInfo":51,"targetDuration":4,"studyType":22,"phases":53,"briefSummary":55,"conditions":56,"keywords":59,"overallStatus":63,"whyStopped":4,"lastUpdateSubmitDate":64,"lastUpdatePostDateStruct":65,"startDateStruct":67,"completionDateStruct":69,"leadSponsor":71,"locationsCount":4},"100577974","phase-4-vortioxetine-for-depressive-symptoms-and-freezing-of-gait-in-parkinson-disease-100577974","NCT06805266","Vortioxetine for Depressive Symptoms and Freezing of Gait in Parkinson Disease","An Open Study to Evaluate the Efficacy of Vortioxetine on Freezing of Gait in Patients Affected by Parkinson Disease with Depressive Symptoms","Inclusion Criteria:\n\n1.
