We hypothesise that participation in the intervention will lead to greater improvements in depression severity, compared to receiving only brief psychoeducational videos, when used as an add-on to treatment as usual (TAU) in this population.\n\nThe 3D programme is a 10-week blended intervention that includes ten weekly online self-guided modules focused on depression and women's health, along with six individual video sessions with a health\u002Fclinical psychologist. The modules cover topics such as mood changes across the menstrual cycle, body image, stress, caregiving, and the impact of gender-based experiences on mental health.\n\nTo explore how biological factors may influence how participants respond to treatment, the study will collect biological samples. These will be analysed to track hormone and metabolic changes, with the goal of identifying biological markers that might predict who benefits most from the intervention.\n\nUltimately, the results of this study aim to improve access to effective and personalised mental health care for women by evaluating whether a structured and personalised online CBT programme can provide meaningful benefits.",[32,128,129],"Depression - Major Depressive Disorder","Depressive Disorder",[131,132,70,133,134],"Women","Metabolomics","Internet-Based Intervention","Personalized Medicine","2025-07-11",{"date":137,"type":46},"2025-07-16",{"date":139,"type":22},"2026-01",{"date":141,"type":22},"2027-08",{"name":143,"class":53},"Francesc Colom, PsyD, PhD",{"id":145,"slug":146,"hasResults":11,"nctId":147,"briefTitle":148,"officialTitle":149,"acronym":4,"eligibilityCriteria":150,"healthyVolunteers":91,"sex":17,"minAge":18,"maxAge":4,"enrollmentInfo":151,"targetDuration":4,"studyType":23,"phases":153,"briefSummary":154,"conditions":155,"keywords":157,"overallStatus":73,"whyStopped":4,"lastUpdateSubmitDate":165,"lastUpdatePostDateStruct":166,"startDateStruct":168,"completionDateStruct":170,"leadSponsor":172,"locationsCount":174},"100575519","the-impact-of-playing-tetris-on-migrants-mental-health-100575519","NCT06773338","The Impact of Playing Tetris on Migrants' Mental Health","Does Playing Tetris Prevent the Development of Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder or Related Anxiety and Depressive Symptoms During and After Migration?","Inclusion Criteria:\n\n* Arabic-speaking immigrants of any gender who have applied for asylum in Greece or in the Netherlands, regardless of the outcome of their asylum application and their current residency status (rejected asylum seekers, recognized refugees, undocumented migrants).\n\nExclusion Criteria:\n\n* Minors (under the age of 18).",{"count":152,"type":22},300,[25],"This study examines if playing Tetris prevents the development of Post-traumatic stress disorder or related anxiety and depressive symptoms.
