Camera-based measurements will be compared with the usual checks that nurses perform several times a day using sensors on the skin or finger clip.\n\nThe goal is to see whether camera monitoring can help notice changes in a patient's condition earlier. Another aim of the study is to find out whether the camera monitoring can predict if a patient's health is improving or worsening.\n\nPatients and healthcare staff will be asked by the investigators about their experience to learn whether this type of monitoring is acceptable in daily care.",[24,25,26],"Vital Signs Monitoring","Complication","Discharge Planning",[28,24,29,30,31],"ADVANCE FORSEE","Video-based Monitoring","Complication Prediction","Discharge Readiness Planning","NOT_YET_RECRUITING","2026-03-17",{"date":35,"type":36},"2026-03-20","ACTUAL",{"date":38,"type":19},"2026-07",{"date":40,"type":19},"2028-07",{"name":42,"class":43},"Catharina Ziekenhuis Eindhoven","OTHER",1,{"id":46,"slug":47,"hasResults":11,"nctId":48,"briefTitle":49,"officialTitle":50,"acronym":51,"eligibilityCriteria":52,"healthyVolunteers":11,"sex":15,"minAge":53,"maxAge":4,"enrollmentInfo":54,"targetDuration":4,"studyType":56,"phases":57,"briefSummary":59,"conditions":60,"keywords":62,"overallStatus":32,"whyStopped":4,"lastUpdateSubmitDate":68,"lastUpdatePostDateStruct":69,"startDateStruct":71,"completionDateStruct":73,"leadSponsor":75,"locationsCount":4},"100591436","post-discharge-monitoring-initiative-on-outcomes-of-post-surgical-patients-100591436","NCT06980402","Post-discharge Monitoring Initiative on Outcomes of Post-surgical Patients","Pragmatic Pilot Study of SKH@Home Post-discharge Monitoring Initiative on Outcomes of Surgical Patients","SKH@home","Inclusion Criteria:\n\n1.
