The program includes personalized menopause education, decision support, and skills to manage menopause symptoms.\n\nThe main questions it aims to answer are:\n\n1. Is the program easy to join, engaging, and well-received by participants?\n2. Does the program group show greater improvements in knowledge, decision-making, confidence, and menopause symptom management compared to the control group?\n\nParticipants will complete sessions of either the program being tested or an educational control program with a nurse navigator via video. The main aims of the project are the following:\n\n* Do environmental pollutants and lifestyle exposures contribute to earlier menopause in Asian women?\n* What biological changes occur when women are exposed to harmful environmental factors during menopause transition?\n\nParticipants will be followed for 18 months and will complete questionnaires about their health history, lifestyle, diet, and environmental exposures. Participants will provide blood, urine, stool, hair, and nail samples for laboratory analysis and undergo basic health assessments including weight, blood pressure, and bone density measurements. Participants will wear activity monitors and air pollution sensors for 7 days and attend follow-up visits at 6 months, 12 months, and 18 months to track changes in their health. This data will be obtained during the baseline visit.",[27],[61,62,63,64],"early menopause","environment","pollution","exposome","NOT_YET_RECRUITING","2025-07-27",{"date":68,"type":35},"2025-08-03",{"date":70,"type":21},"2025-08-06",{"date":72,"type":21},"2028-04-01",{"name":74,"class":42},"Institute for Human Development and Potential (IHDP), Singapore"]
