It will also evaluate the effects of telerehabilitation on exercise capacity, dyspnea, fatigue, functional status, and quality of life. The main questions it aims to answer are:\n\nDoes synchronous telerehabilitation improve exercise and functional capacity in these patients? Does synchronous telerehabilitation improve dyspnea, fatigue, psychological status, and quality of life?\n\nResearchers will compare synchronous telerehabilitation with breathing and posture exercises to see if telerehabilitation provides greater clinical and functional benefit.\n\nParticipants will:\n\nBe randomly assigned to one of 2 groups Follow an 8-week program, 3 times per week, for 30 minutes per session Perform aerobic, endurance, and strengthening exercises by synchronous telerehabilitation, or breathing and posture exercises in the control group Complete assessments before and after treatment",[27],"Elevated Pulmonary Artery Pressure",[29,30,31,32,33,34],"Elevated pulmonary artery pressure","pulmonary hypertension","synchronous telerehabilitation","exercise capacity","pulmonary function","quality of life","RECRUITING","2026-04-27",{"date":38,"type":39},"2026-04-29","ACTUAL",{"date":41,"type":21},"2026-04",{"date":43,"type":21},"2026-08",{"name":45,"class":46},"Marmara University","OTHER"]
