The main questions it aims to answer are:\n\n1. Does the performance on Mini-CEX correlate with the interns' ability to perform independently?\n2. Does the use of EPAs provide additional insight into interns' readiness for unsupervised clinical practice?\n\nParticipants will:\n\n1. Provide informed consent at the sixth week of their internship.\n2. Undergo assessment with Mini-CEX and EPAs during their eighth week of clinical training.\n3.
