Exercise has been shown to strengthen respiratory muscles, improve upper airway function, and enhance sleep quality. However, most studies have examined only single or dual exercise protocols, and there is little evidence regarding integrated programs with four exercise types or their effects when performed directly before sleep.\n\nThis project aims to develop and evaluate ApneaTheraPlay (ATP), a digital gamified video-based exercise platform combining respiratory, aerobic, strengthening, and oropharyngeal exercises. The randomized controlled, double-blind study will allocate participants into three groups: ATP, a structured pre-sleep exercise group (SPEG), and a control group (CG). Intervention groups will exercise three times per week for 12 weeks, while the control group will only keep a physical activity diary.",[28,29,30],"Apnea, Obstructive","Exercise Addiction","Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation",[32,33,34,30,35],"Apnea","Exercise","Exergame","CPAP","NOT_YET_RECRUITING","2026-01-15",{"date":39,"type":40},"2026-01-20","ACTUAL",{"date":42,"type":22},"2026-05-02",{"date":44,"type":22},"2027-12-01",{"name":46,"class":47},"Medipol University","OTHER",1,{"id":50,"slug":51,"hasResults":11,"nctId":52,"briefTitle":53,"officialTitle":54,"acronym":4,"eligibilityCriteria":55,"healthyVolunteers":11,"sex":17,"minAge":18,"maxAge":56,"enrollmentInfo":57,"targetDuration":4,"studyType":59,"phases":4,"briefSummary":60,"conditions":61,"keywords":4,"overallStatus":63,"whyStopped":4,"lastUpdateSubmitDate":64,"lastUpdatePostDateStruct":65,"startDateStruct":67,"completionDateStruct":68,"leadSponsor":70,"locationsCount":48},"100597670","exercise-addiction-and-health-risks-in-gym-users-100597670","NCT07061509","Exercise Addiction and Health Risks in Gym Users","Musculoskeletal and Cardiovascular Effects of Exercise Addiction in Recreational Bodybuilders","Inclusion Criteria:\n\n* Aged ≥18 years\n* Member of a fitness center\n* Regular physical activity (≥3 times per week)\n* Voluntary participation with informed consent\n\nExclusion Criteria:\n\n* Diagnosed psychiatric illness\n* Professional or elite athletes\n* Incomplete questionnaire data","85 Years",{"count":58,"type":22},32,"OBSERVATIONAL","This observational study aims to investigate the prevalence of musculoskeletal injuries and cardiovascular risk factors among individuals with and without exercise addiction.
