Children and adolescents aged from 4 to 18 years.\n2. Participants who have chronic refractory constipation either functional or organic with or without fecal incontinence.\n3. Cooperative patients.\n\nExclusion Criteria:\n\n1. Children aged less than 4 years old.\n2. Uncooperative patients.\n3.
