Participants will be randomly assigned to two groups: one receiving hip-focused strengthening and stretching exercises, and the other receiving knee-focused exercises, while both groups will perform a common set of foot intrinsic exercises. The intervention will be conducted over 6 weeks. Outcomes will be measured pre- and post- intervention and in the middle of intervention to determine which approach is more effective in improving foot stability and functional performance.",[26,27],"Flexible Flatfoot","Flexible Flatfoot or Pes Planus","RECRUITING","2026-05-04",{"date":31,"type":32},"2026-05-08","ACTUAL",{"date":34,"type":32},"2026-03-30",{"date":36,"type":20},"2026-06-30",{"name":38,"class":39},"University of Faisalabad","OTHER",1,{"id":42,"slug":43,"hasResults":11,"nctId":44,"briefTitle":45,"officialTitle":45,"acronym":4,"eligibilityCriteria":46,"healthyVolunteers":11,"sex":15,"minAge":47,"maxAge":48,"enrollmentInfo":49,"targetDuration":4,"studyType":21,"phases":51,"briefSummary":52,"conditions":53,"keywords":4,"overallStatus":54,"whyStopped":4,"lastUpdateSubmitDate":55,"lastUpdatePostDateStruct":56,"startDateStruct":58,"completionDateStruct":60,"leadSponsor":62,"locationsCount":40},"100627516","calcaneal-lengthening-osteotomy-with-locking-wedge-plate-versus-synthetic-peek-cage-interposition-for-symptomatic-flexible-pes-planovalgus-foot-deformity-in-adolescents-100627516","NCT07449650","Calcaneal Lengthening Osteotomy With Locking Wedge Plate Versus Synthetic PEEK Cage Interposition for Symptomatic Flexible Pes Planovalgus Foot Deformity in Adolescents","Inclusion Criteria:\n\n1. patients with symptomatic flexible pes planovalgus indicated for surgical correction\n2. age: from 10 years to 17 years\n3. sex: males and females\n4. failure of conservative management\n\nExclusion Criteria:\n\n1. previous foot surgery\n2. patients with neuromuscular disorders\n3. patients with rigid pes Plano valgus\n4. patients with sever comorbidities","10 Years","17 Years",{"count":50,"type":20},30,[23],"The goal of this interventional study is to compare clinical outcome, radiological parameters, complication rates and time to recovery of calcaneal lengthening osteotomy with locking wedge plate versus PEEK cage interposition in management of symptomatic flexible pes planovalgus foot deformity in adolescents",[27],"NOT_YET_RECRUITING","2026-02-27",{"date":57,"type":32},"2026-03-04",{"date":59,"type":20},"2026-02",{"date":61,"type":20},"2027-12-04",{"name":63,"class":39},"Mohamed Elsayed Othman",{"id":65,"slug":66,"hasResults":11,"nctId":67,"briefTitle":68,"officialTitle":69,"acronym":4,"eligibilityCriteria":70,"healthyVolunteers":11,"sex":15,"minAge":71,"maxAge":72,"enrollmentInfo":73,"targetDuration":4,"studyType":21,"phases":74,"briefSummary":75,"conditions":76,"keywords":77,"overallStatus":28,"whyStopped":4,"lastUpdateSubmitDate":79,"lastUpdatePostDateStruct":80,"startDateStruct":82,"completionDateStruct":84,"leadSponsor":86,"locationsCount":40},"100622878","effect-of-a-semirigid-foot-insole-in-flexible-pes-planus-100622878","NCT07389343","Effect of a Semirigid Foot Insole in Flexible Pes Planus","Immediate Effect of a Semirigid Foot Insole on Radiological Foot Angles in Flexible Pes Planus","Inclusion Criteria:\n\n1.
