Specifically, it seeks to address the following key questions:\n\n1. Does the protocol involving the combination of GnRH agonist and letrozole for down regulation with exogenous steroids (GnRHa+AI - AC) result in a higher live birth rate compared to the use of exogenous steroids alone (AC) in women with adenomyosis undergoing frozen embryo transfer?\n2. What are the common side effects of the GnRHa+AI - AC regimen?\n\nEligible participants will undergo screening before endometrial preparation for FET, following which they will be randomly assigned to one of two groups: GnRHa+AI - AC or AC. In the GnRHa+AI - AC group, participants will be pre-treated with GnRH agonist and letrozole two months before endometrial preparation. After this period, participants will return for endometrial preparation, and any side effects resulting from the down regulation will be evaluated. In contrast, the AC group will receive standard treatment.",[28,29,30],"Adenomyosis","IVF","Frozen Embryo Transfer","RECRUITING","2026-06-27",{"date":34,"type":35},"2026-07-01","ACTUAL",{"date":37,"type":35},"2024-02-19",{"date":39,"type":22},"2027-05-30",{"name":41,"class":42},"Mỹ Đức Hospital","OTHER",1,{"id":45,"slug":46,"hasResults":11,"nctId":47,"briefTitle":48,"officialTitle":48,"acronym":4,"eligibilityCriteria":49,"healthyVolunteers":50,"sex":17,"minAge":18,"maxAge":51,"enrollmentInfo":52,"targetDuration":4,"studyType":54,"phases":4,"briefSummary":55,"conditions":56,"keywords":57,"overallStatus":31,"whyStopped":4,"lastUpdateSubmitDate":62,"lastUpdatePostDateStruct":63,"startDateStruct":65,"completionDateStruct":67,"leadSponsor":69,"locationsCount":43},"100556547","relaxin-measurement-in-different-endometrial-preparation-approaches-for-frozen-embryo-transfer-100556547","NCT06526520","Relaxin Measurement in Different Endometrial Preparation Approaches for Frozen Embryo Transfer","Inclusion Criteria:\n\n* regular menstrual cycles\n\nExclusion Criteria:\n\n* abnormal findings of the ovaries (e.g endometriosis)\n* Intake of any hormones within 3 months of study start\n* desire to become pregnant",true,"35 Years",{"count":53,"type":22},5,"OBSERVATIONAL","To investigate the levels of Relaxin in different types of endometrial preparation for a frozen embryo transfer cycle.
