The main questions it aims to answer are:\n\n1. Do visual analog scale (VAS) scores decrease in patients who underwent geniculate block?\n2. Does opioid consumption decrease in patients who underwent geniculate block?\n\nResearchers will compare postoperative pain in patients who received genicular block with those who did not.One group of patients will be administered 0.25% bupivacaine with the geniculate block method. The other group will not undergo any intervention. Both groups will be administered intravenous morphine for postoperative analgesia.",[26,27],"Total Knee Anthroplasty","Genicular Nerves Block",[29,30,31],"total knee arthroplasty","genicular block","postoperative pain","NOT_YET_RECRUITING","2026-05-15",{"date":35,"type":36},"2026-05-19","ACTUAL",{"date":38,"type":20},"2026-05-20",{"date":40,"type":20},"2026-12-20",{"name":42,"class":43},"Mersin University","OTHER",{"id":45,"slug":46,"hasResults":11,"nctId":47,"briefTitle":48,"officialTitle":49,"acronym":4,"eligibilityCriteria":50,"healthyVolunteers":11,"sex":16,"minAge":17,"maxAge":4,"enrollmentInfo":51,"targetDuration":4,"studyType":21,"phases":53,"briefSummary":54,"conditions":55,"keywords":59,"overallStatus":32,"whyStopped":4,"lastUpdateSubmitDate":63,"lastUpdatePostDateStruct":64,"startDateStruct":66,"completionDateStruct":68,"leadSponsor":70,"locationsCount":4},"100617889","postoperative-analgesic-efficacy-between-adductor-canal-block--ipack-block-and-adductor-canal-block--genicular-nerve-block-in-total-knee-arthroplasty-100617889","NCT07324486","Postoperative Analgesic Efficacy Between Adductor Canal Block + IPACK Block and Adductor Canal Block + Genicular Nerve Block in Total Knee Arthroplasty","Comparison of Functional Outcomes and Postoperative Analgesic Efficacy Between Adductor Canal Block + IPACK Block and Adductor Canal Block + Genicular Nerve Block in Patients Undergoing Total Knee Arthroplasty","Inclusion Criteria:\n\n1.
