The patient or their family members sign the informed consent form\n2. Age: 18-64 years old, BMI: 18-30kg\u002Fm2\n3. ASA Grade Ⅰ or Ⅱ\n4. Patients undergoing gynecological surgeries (laparoscopic total hysterectomy, adnexectomy and myomectomy)\n\nExclusion Criteria:\n\n1. People who are allergic to remimazolam or benzodiazepinesThyroid disease\n2. Long-term use of benzodiazepines\n3. Pregnancy or lactation\n4. Have a history of drug abuse or alcoholism\n5. Patients with contraindications for surgery\n6. Patients with hypertension (clinically diagnosed with hypertension) and patients with coronary heart disease (with typical angina pectoris symptoms and excluding aortic valve lesions, with a clear history of old myocardial infarction, with a clear history of acute myocardial infarction, and CAG finding coronary artery stenosis greater than or equal to 70%)\n7. Patients with arrhythmia, heart failure, renal failure, and those who have recently taken cardiovascular active drugs\n8. Endocrine disorders such as hyperthyroidism and pheochromocytoma that may affect the hemodynamic level of the body\n9. Patients with ketoacidosis and lactic acidosis\n10.
