The primary purpose of this study is to develop and implement a culturally appropriate healthy eating intervention called Growing Healthy Children and Families in Rural Arkansas.\n\nSpecific Aim (SA) 1. To develop a culturally appropriate healthy eating promotion intervention (Growing Healthy Children and Families in Rural Arkansas) in collaboration with Hispanic churches and their congregants.\n\nSA2. To conduct the Growing Healthy Children and Families in Rural Arkansas intervention in eight churches (four churches in the intervention vs four in the control\u002Fattention group), and to assess the feasibility and acceptability of implementing the intervention.\n\nSA3. To assess the impact of the Growing Healthy Children and Families in Rural Arkansas intervention on healthy food preparation (mothers) and intake of fruits and vegetables (child).\n\nThe investigators will compare between the intervention group (16 mother-child dyads) versus the control\u002Fattention group (16 mother-child dyad) to see if the intervention is effective in improving diet quality and changing cooking behaviors.\n\nParticipants will:\n\n1. Participate in cooking workshops and one to one learning activities\n2. Report on diet and physical activity\n3. Will measure fruit and vegetable intake",[26,27],"Pediatric Obesity","Health Behavior, Risky",[29,30,31,32],"Healthy Diet","Community Health","Faith Based Organizations","Cultural Adaptation","RECRUITING","2026-02-02",{"date":36,"type":37},"2026-02-05","ACTUAL",{"date":34,"type":37},{"date":40,"type":20},"2026-08-31",{"name":42,"class":43},"University of Arkansas","OTHER",1,{"id":46,"slug":47,"hasResults":11,"nctId":48,"briefTitle":49,"officialTitle":50,"acronym":51,"eligibilityCriteria":52,"healthyVolunteers":15,"sex":16,"minAge":53,"maxAge":4,"enrollmentInfo":54,"targetDuration":4,"studyType":56,"phases":4,"briefSummary":57,"conditions":58,"keywords":66,"overallStatus":72,"whyStopped":4,"lastUpdateSubmitDate":73,"lastUpdatePostDateStruct":74,"startDateStruct":76,"completionDateStruct":78,"leadSponsor":80,"locationsCount":4},"100613748","french-military-firefighters-to-assess-relationships-between-exposome-and-health-100613748","NCT07270627","French Military Firefighters to Assess Relationships Between Exposome and Health.","Cohorte Militaire et Son Exposome : étude Pilote rétrospective au Sein de la Population Des Sapeurs-pompiers (Actuellement en Exercice et Anciens Sapeurs-pompiers) de la Brigade Des Sapeurs Pompiers de Paris","COMITEX-BSPP","Inclusion Criteria:\n\n* Active-duty or veteran military personnel from French Paris firefighter brigade.\n* Aged at least 18.\n* Not opposed to participate to the study\n\nExclusion Criteria:\n\n* Opposition to participate\n* veterans under legal protection","18 Years",{"count":55,"type":20},15000,"OBSERVATIONAL","The aim of the study is to describe professional exposures and health events among French military firefighters (both active-duty personnel and veterans) and identify potential relationships between the exposome (the total history of occupational and personal exposures) and health status in these populations. However, the correlation between the burden of CSVD and the progression of cognitive impairment in young and middle-aged individuals remains uncertain. DREAM-10 is an observational, prospective study that enrolled individuals aged 30-60 years, who were free from known dementia but exhibited imaging markers related to CSVD. Through prospective registration and follow-up, this study will collect data on patients with CSVD, including clinical information, neuropsychological assessments, multimodal Magnetic Resonance Images (MRI) and retinopathy characterized by Optical Coherence Tomography Angiography (OCTA). CSVD related features seen on neuroimaging include recent small subcortical infarcts, lacunes, white matter hyperintensities, perivascular spaces, microbleeds, brain atrophy, cortical superficial siderosis. Utilizing this data, the researchers aim to investigate the potential dementia risk among young and middle-aged individuals with CSVD over the forthcoming decade, along with identifying its predictive factors.",[97,98,99,27],"Cerebral Small Vessel Diseases","Dementia, Mixed","Health Behavior",[97,101,102],"Dementia","Cardiovascular health","2025-05-18",{"date":105,"type":37},"2025-05-21",{"date":107,"type":37},"2024-01-01",{"date":109,"type":20},"2034-12-01",{"name":111,"class":43},"Zhejiang Provincial People's Hospital"]
