Increasingly, younger patients require hip replacement for conditions beyond primary osteoarthritis or fractures. As a result, the number of revision procedures is growing and is expected to increase further.\n\nProspective data collection within this population will enable us to address key uncertainties, particularly around optimal implant selection for complex primary and revision cases.\n\nIn addition, establishing a structured prospective database will allow for systematic internal auditing for quality assurance. Even simple metrics - such as verifying whether every patient received a complete diagnostic infection workup before revision surgery - could immediately enhance service quality and inform improvements to clinical pathways.",[24],"Hip Arthropathy Associated With Other Conditions","RECRUITING","2026-07-09",{"date":28,"type":29},"2026-07-13","ACTUAL",{"date":31,"type":20},"2026-07",{"date":33,"type":20},"2037-03",{"name":35,"class":36},"Universitaire Ziekenhuizen KU Leuven","OTHER",1,{"id":39,"slug":4,"hasResults":11,"nctId":12,"briefTitle":13,"officialTitle":14,"acronym":15,"eligibilityCriteria":16,"healthyVolunteers":11,"sex":17,"minAge":4,"maxAge":4,"enrollmentInfo":40,"targetDuration":4,"studyType":21,"phases":4,"briefSummary":22,"conditions":41,"keywords":4,"overallStatus":42,"whyStopped":4,"lastUpdateSubmitDate":43,"lastUpdatePostDateStruct":44,"startDateStruct":46,"completionDateStruct":48,"leadSponsor":49,"locationsCount":37},"100629959",{"count":19,"type":20},[24],"NOT_YET_RECRUITING","2026-04-10",{"date":45,"type":29},"2026-04-15",{"date":47,"type":20},"2026-05",{"date":33,"type":20},{"name":35,"class":36},{"id":51,"slug":52,"hasResults":11,"nctId":53,"briefTitle":54,"officialTitle":54,"acronym":4,"eligibilityCriteria":55,"healthyVolunteers":11,"sex":17,"minAge":4,"maxAge":4,"enrollmentInfo":56,"targetDuration":4,"studyType":21,"phases":4,"briefSummary":58,"conditions":59,"keywords":4,"overallStatus":42,"whyStopped":4,"lastUpdateSubmitDate":62,"lastUpdatePostDateStruct":63,"startDateStruct":65,"completionDateStruct":67,"leadSponsor":69,"locationsCount":4},"100589829","long-term-survival-of-tha-after-pelvic-andor-femoral-osteotomy-100589829","NCT06959498","Long-term Survival of THA After Pelvic and\u002For Femoral Osteotomy","Inclusion Criteria:\n\n* patients who underwent THA between 1998 and 2010 and had a prior surgical treatment for hip dysplasia (pelvic, femoral osteotomy, shelf acetabuloplasty or combined osteotomy)\n\nExclusion Criteria:\n\n\\-",{"count":57,"type":20},20,"Analyze the long-term clinical and radiological outcomes of total hip arthroplasty (THA) in patients with hip dysplasia treated by pelvic osteotomy, femoral osteotomy, shelf acetabuloplasty, or a combination of these interventions, performed during childhood or early adulthood.
