The primary objective of the study is to evaluate the effectiveness of a vaccine chatbot in improving HPV vaccination rates among parents' junior high school girls. The secondary objectives are to evaluate the effectiveness in improving vaccine awareness and vaccination intention among parents. All participants will be enrolled and randomly assigned to four groups: (1) vaccine chatbot plus scientific videos, (2) vaccine chatbot only, (3) scientific videos only, and (4) a control group (no intervention). The chatbot will provide immediate, validated answers to participants' HPV vaccine-related questions. The scientific videos will cover content related to HPV vaccine safety, efficacy, and other relevant information. The study will compare changes in HPV vaccine awareness, vaccination intention, and vaccination behavior between the intervention groups and the control group after the intervention to evaluate whether the three intervention strategies enhance HPV vaccine awareness, vaccination intention, and vaccination uptake.",[26,27,28],"HPV Vaccination Rates","HPV Vaccine Awareness","HPV Vaccination Intention",[30,31,32,33,34],"HPV vaccine","Large language model","HPV vaccination","Artificial intelligence","Chatbot","NOT_YET_RECRUITING","2026-04-10",{"date":38,"type":39},"2026-04-15","ACTUAL",{"date":41,"type":20},"2026-05-06",{"date":43,"type":20},"2027-12-31",{"name":45,"class":46},"Xiamen University","OTHER",{"id":48,"slug":49,"hasResults":11,"nctId":50,"briefTitle":51,"officialTitle":52,"acronym":4,"eligibilityCriteria":53,"healthyVolunteers":16,"sex":17,"minAge":54,"maxAge":4,"enrollmentInfo":55,"targetDuration":4,"studyType":21,"phases":56,"briefSummary":57,"conditions":58,"keywords":59,"overallStatus":35,"whyStopped":4,"lastUpdateSubmitDate":62,"lastUpdatePostDateStruct":63,"startDateStruct":65,"completionDateStruct":67,"leadSponsor":68,"locationsCount":4},"100619975","effectiveness-of-large-language-model-based-chatbot-among-female-university-stdents-in-improving-hpv-vaccine-awareness-intention-and-vaccination-rates-100619975","NCT07351604","Effectiveness of Large Language Model-Based Chatbot Among Female University Stdents in Improving HPV Vaccine Awareness, Intention and Vaccination Rates","A Study on the Effectiveness of Large Language Model-Based Chatbot Interventions Among Female University Stdents in Improving HPV Vaccine Awareness, Intention and Vaccination Rates","Inclusion Criteria:\n\n1.
