Participants will be divided into two groups to be compared : The ShamTherapy Group (Control Group) that will receive the standard ITBS exercise program in addition to Sham rESWT, while the experimental group will receive the standard ITBS exercise program in addition to Radial Extracorporeal Shockwave Therapy.",[27],"Iliotibial Band Iliotibial Band Syndrome","Inclusion Criteria:\n\n* male and female athlete within 19-40 years,\n* running a minimum average of 15 running kilometers,\n* Runners with one sided iliotibial band syndrome for at least 3 months were included,\n* Pain along IT band at either Gerdy's tubercle or the lateral femoral epicondyle during running,\n* positive stiffness with Ober's test, and\n*
