The study team will to apply state-of-the-art approaches to assessing and predicting immunological and clinical responses associated with these standards and prescribed treatments. The approach is twofold. The first component is to establish a robust and flexible biorepository and database that includes demographic, immunologic, exposure and clinical records, and can facilitate research across disciplines, and across other registries affiliated with Mount Sinai. The second component is to address specific key research questions focused on using novel diagnostics to increase the effectiveness of biologic treatment. Most patients will be recruited from the Mount Sinai Therapeutic Infusion Center (TIC), although others receiving infusions elsewhere or at home will be recruited from outpatient Sinai affiliated clinical practices.",[25,26,27],"Immunological Disease","Autoimmune Diseases","Primary Immune Deficiency",[29,30,31],"Asthma","Immune Deficiency","Autoimmunity","RECRUITING","2026-02-13",{"date":35,"type":36},"2026-02-17","ACTUAL",{"date":38,"type":36},"2021-03-03",{"date":40,"type":20},"2030-11",{"name":42,"class":43},"Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai","OTHER",1,{"id":46,"slug":47,"hasResults":11,"nctId":48,"briefTitle":49,"officialTitle":49,"acronym":50,"eligibilityCriteria":51,"healthyVolunteers":11,"sex":16,"minAge":52,"maxAge":4,"enrollmentInfo":53,"targetDuration":4,"studyType":22,"phases":4,"briefSummary":55,"conditions":56,"keywords":4,"overallStatus":32,"whyStopped":4,"lastUpdateSubmitDate":64,"lastUpdatePostDateStruct":65,"startDateStruct":67,"completionDateStruct":69,"leadSponsor":71,"locationsCount":5},"100499195","prospective-observational-study-to-characterize-patients-treated-at-internal-medicine-clinics-100499195","NCT05780099","Prospective Observational Study to Characterize Patients Treated at Internal Medicine Clinics","MED-Cli","Inclusion Criteria:\n\n* Receving treatment at internal medicine departments (inpatient, outopatient, day hospital) of San Raffaele Hospital\n* at least one suspected or confirmed diagnosis among:\n\n 1. immune mediated disorder\n 2. respiratory disorder\n 3. metabolic disorder\n 4. sepsis\n 5. rare disorder (according to Italian Ministry of Health list)\n 6. pregnancy-related disorder\n 7. frailty defined as: either ≥2 CIRS (Cumulative Illness Rating Scale) Severity Index 10 or ≤70% Karnofsky scale\n\nExclusion Criteria:\n\n* refusal to participate\n* enrolment in other intervantional study","18 Years",{"count":54,"type":20},50000,"Patients referred to internal medicine wards are becoming increasingly complex and fragile.
