The main question it aims to answer is: Does rivaroxaban treatment resolve the thrombosis during a 3-month treatment?\n\nParticipants already taking rivaroxaban as part of their regular medical care for thrombosis resolution. They will undergo monthly visits to check that the treatment is progressing correctly and that no major bleeding has occurred. After 3 months of treatment, they will repeat the radiological imaging investigation to verify the actual resolution of the thrombosis.",[26],"Intracardiac Thrombus","RECRUITING","2024-04-17",{"date":30,"type":31},"2024-04-19","ACTUAL",{"date":33,"type":31},"2023-01-01",{"date":35,"type":21},"2027-01-01",{"name":37,"class":38},"Azienda Ospedaliero, Universitaria Ospedali Riuniti","OTHER",1,{"id":41,"slug":42,"hasResults":11,"nctId":43,"briefTitle":44,"officialTitle":45,"acronym":46,"eligibilityCriteria":47,"healthyVolunteers":11,"sex":16,"minAge":48,"maxAge":49,"enrollmentInfo":50,"targetDuration":4,"studyType":23,"phases":4,"briefSummary":52,"conditions":53,"keywords":55,"overallStatus":58,"whyStopped":4,"lastUpdateSubmitDate":59,"lastUpdatePostDateStruct":60,"startDateStruct":62,"completionDateStruct":64,"leadSponsor":66,"locationsCount":39},"100526960","response-of-intracardiac-thrombus-to-anticoagulants-in-patients-with-non-valvular-atrial-fibrillation-lysis-100526960","NCT06141538","Response of Intracardiac Thrombus to Anticoagulants in Patients With Non-valvular Atrial Fibrillation (LYSIS)","Response of Intracardiac Thrombus to Anticoagulants in Patients With Non-valvular Atrial Fibrillation (LYSIS): an Investigator-initiated, National, Multicenter, Retrospective-prospective, Observational Cohort Study","LYSIS","Inclusion Criteria:\n\n* Age ≥18 years old, age ≤80 years old\n* Patients with atrial fibrillation detected by routine surface 12-lead electrocardiography or Holter\n* Transesophageal echocardiography confirmed the presence of cardiac thrombus, and the patient had not received any anticoagulant therapy\n\nExclusion Criteria:\n\n* Echocardiography confirmed valvular heart disease\n* Contraindications to anticoagulants\n* Patients with the previous history of hemorrhagic stroke\n* Low platelet count or functional platelet defects\n* Congenital or acquired coagulation or bleeding disorders\n* Abnormal liver function (liver enzymes \\>2 times the upper limit)\n* Renal failure (endogenous creatinine clearance \\\u003C30ml\u002Fmin)\n* Surgery was planned within the intended study time or had been operated within 30 days before the study\n* Other comorbidities that can cause bleeding, such as tumors\n* Patients with autoimmune diseases or immunodeficiency, or patients who are currently using immunosuppressants and immunomodulators\n* Patients are currently participating in other clinical studies","18 Years","80 Years",{"count":51,"type":21},500,"This study aims to analyze changes in the immune status, metabolic status, and host microbiome community structure in non-valvular atrial fibrillation patients with intracardiac thrombus.
