About 300 subjects undergoing rapamycin-eluting stent implantation will be enrolled based on the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The primary endpoint is the rate of any stroke or death within 1 month. Secondary efficacy endpoints include immediate stent implantation success. Safety endpoints cover the incidence of stroke or neurological death, target-vessel-related stroke or death, all-cause mortality, and mRS scores at 12-month follow-ups. Subjects will be clinically followed up before surgery, device implantation, discharge, and at 1, 6, and 12 months post-surgery. An imaging subgroup of at least 80 subjects who agree to DSA follow-up at 12 months will assess in-stent restenosis (\\>50%).",[26,27],"Intracranial Arterial Stenosis","Brain Diseases","RECRUITING","2026-01-13",{"date":31,"type":32},"2026-01-20","ACTUAL",{"date":34,"type":32},"2025-05-14",{"date":36,"type":22},"2028-12-31",{"name":38,"class":39},"The Affiliated Hospital of Qingdao University","OTHER",1,{"id":42,"slug":43,"hasResults":11,"nctId":44,"briefTitle":45,"officialTitle":46,"acronym":47,"eligibilityCriteria":48,"healthyVolunteers":11,"sex":17,"minAge":4,"maxAge":49,"enrollmentInfo":50,"targetDuration":52,"studyType":23,"phases":4,"briefSummary":53,"conditions":54,"keywords":4,"overallStatus":28,"whyStopped":4,"lastUpdateSubmitDate":55,"lastUpdatePostDateStruct":56,"startDateStruct":58,"completionDateStruct":60,"leadSponsor":62,"locationsCount":64},"100504122","intracranial-arterial-stenosis-in-young-patients-100504122","NCT05844176","Intracranial Arterial Stenosis in Young Patients","Intracranial Arterial Stenosis in Young Patients: a Multicenter Longitudinal Cohort Study","ICAS-Young","Inclusion Criteria:\n\n* age \\\u003C 45 years.\n* stenosis of a major intracranial artery.\n\nExclusion Criteria:\n\n\\-","45 Years",{"count":51,"type":22},500,"3 Years","The goal of this study is to evaluate the characteristic of intracranial arterial stenosis among young patients.",[26],"2025-04-21",{"date":57,"type":32},"2025-04-24",{"date":59,"type":32},"2022-06-01",{"date":61,"type":22},"2030-10-01",{"name":63,"class":39},"Capital Medical University",4]
