Pneumoperitoneum and patient positioning during laparoscopic procedures can significantly affect respiratory mechanics, including airway pressures and lung compliance.\n\nThe study will assess changes in peak airway pressure, dynamic compliance, and other ventilatory parameters during different intraoperative phases.
