Given the lack of robust data guiding irrigation volume in this setting, the investigator proposes to use the application of methylene blue dye intraoperatively to simulate contaminant presence. Serial irrigation will be performed, with photographic documentation taken every 2,000mL until visible dye clearance is achieved. This study aims to identify the irrigation volumes that result in gross clearance of simulated contamination, thereby informing the design and stratification of a future randomized controlled trial (RCT) evaluating irrigation strategies in DAIR procedures.",[26,27,28],"Total Knee Arthroplasty","Prosthetic-joint Infection","Irrigation","RECRUITING","2026-04-10",{"date":32,"type":33},"2026-04-14","ACTUAL",{"date":35,"type":33},"2026-02-04",{"date":37,"type":20},"2027-02-01",{"name":39,"class":40},"University of Miami","OTHER",1,{"id":43,"slug":44,"hasResults":11,"nctId":45,"briefTitle":46,"officialTitle":47,"acronym":4,"eligibilityCriteria":48,"healthyVolunteers":49,"sex":16,"minAge":50,"maxAge":51,"enrollmentInfo":52,"targetDuration":4,"studyType":21,"phases":54,"briefSummary":56,"conditions":57,"keywords":4,"overallStatus":60,"whyStopped":4,"lastUpdateSubmitDate":61,"lastUpdatePostDateStruct":62,"startDateStruct":64,"completionDateStruct":66,"leadSponsor":68,"locationsCount":4},"100608027","comparison-of-post-operative-pain-after-different-root-canal-irrigant-activation-methods-100608027","NCT07196215","Comparison of Post-operative Pain After Different Root Canal Irrigant Activation Methods","Comparison of Post-operative Pain After Different Root Canal Irrigant Activation Methods in Maxillary Incisors With Symptomatic Irreversible Pulpitis","Inclusion Criteria:\n\n* • Patients in good health with no systemic disease (ASA Class I or II)\n\n * Age range is between 20 to 50 years.\n * Patients diagnosed with symptomatic irreversible pulpitis in maxillary incisor teeth.\n * Patients who can understand VAS.\n * Patients who give verbal consent to participate voluntarily in the study.\n\nExclusion Criteria:\n\n* • History of systemic disorder.\n\n * Pregnant \u002F lactating females (As per medical record\u002Fverbally)\n * Patients who had taken preoperative drugs as anti-inflammatory analgesic or antibiotics.\n * Patients with swelling or acute peri-apical abscess.\n * Tooth not suitable for restoration.\n * Periodontally compromised teeth.\n * Retreatment cases.",true,"20 Years","50 Years",{"count":53,"type":20},72,[55],"NA","root canal irrigation protocol",[58,28,59],"Irriversible Pulpitis","Activation, Patient","NOT_YET_RECRUITING","2025-09-26",{"date":63,"type":33},"2025-09-29",{"date":65,"type":20},"2026-01-01",{"date":67,"type":20},"2027-01-01",{"name":69,"class":40},"RANA AHMAD"]
